To participate in the competition Milano Deejay Tri it’s REQUIRED:
To be in possession of a valid Triathlon federation membership card (FITRI) for agonistic activity. Only for foreign athletes, to be in possession of a valid Triathlon federation membership card of their own State.
Exclusively for ITALIAN athletes that are no-member of a Triathlon federation it is possible to subscribe the DayPass at the cost of 20,00€ both for olympic than for Sprint distances (8,00€ for super sprint distance, 10,00€ for olympic relay), according to the specification of FITRI, with the presentation of an agonistic medical certificate for the practice of TRIATHLON.

-45 minutes to perform the fraction of swimming (from the start of the last battery)

-Maximum time to perform the entire olympic distance: 3 ore e 30 minuti.
The judges will control the closing of the gates.

To join the race you need to signed up online. We don’t accept telephone registrations or by mail. To get the final confirmation of the registration is required making the payment within 10 days by online registration.
The registration fees for Milano Deejay tri are:
OLYMPIC: 65,00€ (60,00€ for who will register within April 9th, 2018)
OLYMPIC RELAY: 30,00€ per person
SPRINT: 50,00€ (45,00€ for who will register within April 10th, 2018)
Registration cost includes:
OLYMPIC and SUPER SPRINT REGISTRATION DEADLINE: reaching 1000 registered athletes for Olympic race and 500 registered athletes for Super Sprint race and in any case no later than May 15th, 2018, according to Fitri Regulation.
SPRINT and SUPER SPRINT YOUTH REGISTRATION DEADLINE: reaching 500 registered athletes for Sprint distance and in any case no later than May 16h, 2018, according to Fitri Regulation.
KIDS REGISTRATION DEADLINE: no later than May 16h, 2018, according to Fitri Regulation.
If an athlete does not participate on race day, the price of the registration will not be returned.
If the communication of the withdrawal will be sent to the organizations no later than the April 20th 2018, your registration price will be valid for the next year with a surcharge of € 5,00 for management fees.
Should the event be cancelled for force major, registration price will not be returned.
For each accompanying person the cost for the pasta party is € 10,00.
If an athlete does not participate on race day, the price of the registration will not be returned. If the communication of the withdrawal will be presented at the organizations no later than April 20th, 2018, your registration price will be valid for the next year or for other TriO Events race with a surcharge of € 5,00 for management fees. The transferred registration is not transferable to third parties.
It will be possible make athletes substitutions no later than May 15th, 2018 – 2:30 pm for olympic and super sprint distances and no later than May 16th, 2018 for sprint, super sprint and kids exclusively communicating substituted athlete’s data (name, surname, email, membership card) at email@example.com
After this deadline it will not accepted substitution requests, for organizational reasons.
All individual and group registrations must be made via the online form (REGISTRATION page).
For group registrations: the president of the society is belived responsible for all the information supplied about the registered athletes; the president, who supply the list of registered athletes, totally accept the race regulations.
Registrations will be confirmed only upon payment of registration price. Payment must be made within 10 days from the date of on line registration. If this deadline is not respected registration will be automatically canceled.
This year, all additional services booked online must be paid at the time of registration.
The registration fee (and the additional services) can be paid by CREDIT CARD
Transition area will be located at the Idroscalo park, near Idropark Punta East Village.
The bikes will be kept in the transition area until 7:00 pm on May 19th, 2018 and until 6:00 pm on May 20th, 2018 through a security service. After this time the case is no longer guaranteed.
The withdrawal of the bicycles can only be made through the presentation of the bib number
The race secretary is located at the Sala Azzurra, in front of Idropark Punta dell’Est Village, and it will be open at the following times:
Friday, May 18th, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Saturday, May 19th, 2018 from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm (from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm for Sunday races)
Sunday, May 20th, 2018 from 7:30 am to 1:30 am
It’s mandatory submit a copy of registration receipt.
The bib number can be picked up by any person who submits a copy of the registration receipt.
For group registrations, each team leader can collect all the racing packages submitting an identity document, the list of all subscribes with corresponding racing numbers written on company letterhead and signed by the president of the company.
The race pack, that will be collected at the race secretariat, contains coupons which will permit you to pick up gadgets during the event.
Timing will be performed by an Official Timer MySDAM technology based on the use of special “chips”.
Each participant will be equipped with a daily valid chip. The chip must be returned at the end of the race and if this rule will not be respected, it will be charge a cost of 15,00€.

NB: Failure or incorrect use of the chip will lead to the exclusion and non-allocation of the time performance.

For the KIDS race, only the following categories are allowed: Minipuppies (6-7 years), Puppies (8-9 years), Beginners (10-11 years), Boys (12-13 years).
Awards will be given to the top 3 men and women and to the absolute top 3 finalists of each category. The absolute rankings and category will be drafted on the basis of the order of arrival and time recorded with the SDAM system.
For teams: Milan Deejay Tri is a race that contributes to Team Rank, a ranking fully dedicated to teams which will provide access to a prize pool of € 10,000.00. For the Regulation of Team Rank click here
The athlete registered forMilano Deejay Tri race expressly authorizes free use of his image, of his personal data and its divulgation by press or television for present or future outreach related to TriO events, sport events and/or promotional purposes.
Ambulances with doctors and nurses, fixed points with permanent emergency room located in the arrival area, mobile services on motorbikes and specialized personnel. Fixed and Mobile Radio Aid.
All participants must wear during all the time of the race the CHIP for time-keeping. During the bike race, each athlete must wear a bicycle helmet and the bib number during both cycling and running sessions. In addition all participants must have properly positioned the stickers and reference bib number on the helmet, bike and body.
The event is insured under the policy conditions drawn by FITRI organizers and is also covered by Reale Mutua Assicurazioni under supplementary insurance.
All aspects not covered in the above regulation are under FITRI technical regulations in force. TriO Events S.S.D., as organizer of Milano Deejay Tri, disclaims any responsibility for themselves and their employees for accidents or damage to persons or property which may occur before, during and after the event. All participants must fully comply with the rules established by the Highway Code.
During the cycling race roads will be traffic controlled with the presence of about 80 volunteers involved in monitoring the traffic and controlling all crossings.
The Jury is composed of judges appointed by FITRI. Any participant found holding unsporting, uncivil or non eco-friendly behavior, in addition to the penalties foreseen by the law and by sporting policies, will not be admitted to the following editions.
Possible complaints will be submit exclusively to the jury under the conditions provided by FITRI regulations and accompanied with the prescribed application filling.
The organization reserves the right to change the rules or the course at its sole discretion at any time, in order to ensure better organization of the race.
